I’ve had a life-long love of cheese but it was not until I experienced the cheesy uniqueness of Serious Pig’s Crunchy Snacking Cheese that I was truly inspired at a transcendental level – every fibre of my mortal being shook with desire as the crunchy cheese consumed my spirit.
The result is this exhibition: an exploration of the cyclical nature of my enduring relationship with packet after packet of Serious Pig’s Crunchy Snacking Cheese. Dream, desire, love and then the emptiness that comes with the painful knowledge of the last bite.
