Sam Hancock, is a rising star sommelier who’s headed up not one but two Michelin-starred restaurants whilst under the age of 30 (Manchester’s Mana & London’s The Clove Club).
Fortunately for us, he’s also a pal and all round wonderful chap, so we asked if he fancied pairing Serious Pig’s snack range with drinks stocked by fine beverage specialists Hop, Burns & Black, to create the ultimate drinks & snacks tour for all you flavour explorers out there.
