We’re very proud of our small batch British charcuterie, in fact the first snack we ever produced was our Snackalami, inspired by the traditional French saucisson combination of garlic and white pepper. At the time, it was designed as the perfect accompaniment to beer. It still is.
Made from the RSPCA certified outdoor-reared British pork from Kent, they’re the perfect gourmet snack to enjoy with a good beer or as part of a full charcuterie board.
We have since added the very popular wild fennel flavour which nods to Italian sausage and the Spicy edition for chorizo lovers.
Our most popular cured meat snack is Snackingham. Tender slices of air-dried British pork are infused with a blend of garlic, caraway seeds and just a hint of white pepper. It’s a complex flavour journey that will have you going straight back for more.
It’s not just about what’s in our products but also what we leave out. We don’t use any artificial colourings or flavour enhancers, because we know that maturing good meat and fat over the right time gives the best results. Our charcuterie snacks are also naturally low in sugar, salt and carbs, so great for high protein and keto diets.
