The full bodied cheesiness of Crunchy Snacking Cheese is perfectly complemented by the delicious, piney notes of chopped rosemary added just before baking. Too much and things get a little herbal, but too little and the Quattrocento cheese takes over, so we’ve found the perfect balance to ensure both cheese and rosemary not only stand out but work beautifully together. Perfect with a crisp Sauvignon Blanc or a refreshing citrus IPA!
