We’re thrilled to announce the latest iteration of our Pub In The Post gift hamper series, which is the culmination of months of painstaking (someone’s got to do it!) tastings with Britain’s best brewer Thornbridge and renowned sommelier Sam Hancock.
Our aim was to expertly match craft beers with Serious Pig snacks to create an epic pairing journey for the passionate snack enthusiast, complete with tasting notes.
The results have really blown our minds! We no longer crave a packet of Sausage Flavour Crisps without a bottle of Lord Marples Bitter to go with them. Similarly, we can’t think of opening a bag of Truffle Flavour Snacking Cheese, without a glass of stout nearby.
What’s more is we’re adding a high quality heavyweight beer drinking glass, which looks and feels lovely and along with six craft beers, 12 snacks and the tasting notes.

Great idea. Nice way to try the beers & snacks. For me I almost used the whole scale on the pairing guide to rate (from 2/5 to 5/5). So some of the snacks and beers I do not want to buy again, but others I would (my personal beer favourite was Cocoa wonderland)
