Jaipur Pairing Pack

This pairing pack brings together the best of British craft beer and charcuterie.

Anyone familiar with the history of British craft beer knows that Jaipur by Thornbridge brewery was the beer that changed everything. Its overnight success was the starting gun for what is now viewed as the ‘craft beer revolution’ of the early 2000’s and as a result it’s taken on an iconic status amongst beer lovers.

Similarly the Serious Pig ‘Snackalami’ has played a leading role in elevating British pub snacks. You could call it a starting gun to ‘craft snacking’!  Also known colloquially as a ‘beer stick’, it’s similar to a French style saucisson that begins with a base of cured pork, garlic and white pepper.

For the Jaipur Snackalami a blend of summer herbs (sage, parsley, rosemary and thyme) is then added, which are a perfect flavour pairing for the much loved tropical aromas of the Jaipur IPA.

We obviously think it’s delicious, but more importantly chief sommelier at Thornbridge James Buchanan has given the pairing a double thumbs up. So here it is, officially, the best way to enjoy Britain’s most award winning brew.

As with all Serious Pig charcuterie, this salami has been made with RSPCA approved free-range British pork.
