Our most luxurious hamper to date, brimming with three varieties of Serious Pig Snacking Cheese and three exceptional wines. 

Wine industry legend Sam Hancock – who rose to prominence as head sommelier of the two Michelin starred Clove Club –  worked with us to find three wines to perfectly pair with three flavours of our Crunchy Snacking Cheese – the results will absolutely knock your socks off. 

This hamper contains 75cl of wine (equivalent to one bottle or 6 glasses), split across three varieties. 

Two of the three are sourced from Banks Brothers, co-founded by Tommy Banks, the owner and head chef of two Michelin Star restaurants in the UK. The brothers have curated a dazzling collection of canned wines from the best winemakers in the world that has shifted perceptions of what canned wines have to offer. 

Here we present their Chardonnay 3.1 to pair with our Classic Flavour Crunchy Cheese which has been produced by the supremely talented winemaking duo Nadia & Gordon Newton Johnson. It’s a staple of the Michelin starred Black Swan’s wine list and an absolute treat to enjoy in the comfort of your own home.  

Hancock selected a second wine from the Banks Brother’s range, a ‘late harvest’ Chenin. Harvesting the grapes late in the season gives the wine a sweeter finish making an ideal match for our Truffle Flavour Cheese, delivering an indulgent honey and black truffle experience. 

Making up our trio is a Rosé fizz from The Uncommon. Its grapes grow on the Kentish South Downs, which is the UK’s own ‘Champagne region’. Its refreshing briskness is a perfect counterpoint to the subtle sweetness of our Caramelised Onion Crunchy Snacking Cheese.
