Snackalami ‘Wild Fennel’

Pork and fennel is a traditional Italian pairing in salami making, as both are complementary in their mild sweetness. We use wild fennel as it’s even sweeter and more intense than ordinary fennel making this salami particularly flavoursome.
Made from high welfare outdoor-reared British pork from our farmers in Kent, our Wild Fennel Snackalami are the perfect gourmet snack: high protein, gluten-free, low-carb and keto-friendly. Make it part of a charcuterie board or enjoy as an on-the-go saucisson.
