Snackalami ‘Wild Fennel’

Pork and fennel is a traditional Italian pairing in salami making as both are complimentary in their mild sweetness. Wild fennel which we use for this Snackalami is even sweeter and more intense than ordinary fennel making this variety of salami particularly punchy.

Made from the best outdoor-reared British pork from our farmers in Kent, our Wild Fennel Snackalami are the perfect gourmet snack: gluten-free, low-carb and keto-friendly. Make it part of a charcuterie board or enjoy as an on-the-go saucisson.

I thought the original snackalami was already the best snack meat in the market and then I tried these. The combination of the fennel and pork make these the most pleasing, tastiest snack around. You won’t want to share

Absolutely spot on delicious, compares favourably with the Italian wild fennel salami I buy from a local top end deli. Banging stuff.
